Join a well-established main contractor with a strong portfolio of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. We are looking for a Design Coordination Engineer (Civil) to play a key role in bridging design and construction, ensuring smooth execution from paper to reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants to ensure all design drawings meet regulatory requirements
• Review, resolve, and propose practical solutions to technical and design-related issues
• Plan, monitor, and report on the progress of shop drawing production
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and civil & structural (C&S) drawings
• Liaise effectively with Architectural, M&E teams, and relevant authorities to resolve site and design matters
• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers in producing coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans
• Participate in design input and technical support during the tendering phase for new projects

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Strong project background in building construction
• Hands-on experience in managing technical coordination and drawing production
