Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Administration

· Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

· Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and HR records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

· Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding

· Post job advertisements on relevant job portals.

· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.

Work Pass Administration

· Handle All work Passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.

· Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.

· Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

· Maintain accurate records of foreign employee documentation.

Employee Relations & Workforce Coordination

· Coordinate closely with blue-collar workers, supervisors, and site personnel.

· Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.

· Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

· Assist with disciplinary matters and HR compliance issues when required.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.

· Familiar with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and employment laws.

· Experience handling Work Pass applications.

· Experience working with blue-collar or operational workforce is preferred.

· Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge of Employment Act and foreign manpower regulations.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
