Your responsibilities as a Cook will include but not be limited to:

Prepare, cook and serve food

Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures

Assist the preparation of ingredients, which includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring food products.

Ensure Food Safety protocols are followed

Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Cook is required to wash all dishes during service

Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the CDP & General Manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen preferred. (Optional)

Eager, flexible, team-player attitude.

Good awareness of hygiene & safety procedures.

Shift Availability: Tuesday to Sunday

Work Location: In person
