Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Info: Vanding Innova SG Pte Ltd is part of China’s Wanxiang Group and has extensive experience in commodities trading. We focus on wholesale trading of crude oil and petrochemicals.

Job Scope:

  • Manage the company's daily fund receipts and payments, fund transfers, and bank account administration to ensure safe and efficient treasury operations.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and funding plans to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
  • Liaise with banks on banking matters, including account opening and maintenance, internet banking administration, and processing of banking documentation.
  • Assist in trade finance activities, including Letters of Credit (L/C), bank guarantees, import financing, export financing, and related banking facilities.
  • Monitor receivables and payables from customers and suppliers, and support initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
  • Perform treasury-related data analysis and prepare periodic treasury reports and management reports.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as audit and compliance requirements.
  • Perform any other treasury, finance, and ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, treasury management, trade finance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, payment processes, and treasury management principles; knowledge of international trade and trade finance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to independently organize and analyze financial data.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong risk awareness and a high level of confidentiality.
