Responsibilities:

• Quality control assistant examine products & materials for detects or deviations from manufacture or industry specification.

• Read & understand blueprints and specifications

• Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly

• Inspect, test or measure materials or products for incoming and outgoing spares

• Measure products with rulers, callipers, gauges or micrometres etc

• Accept or reject finished items

• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products

• Report inspection and test data

• Proper documentation & filing system for all records

• Basic admin roles.

• Ad-hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

• Master of measuring equipment is preferred

• Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mindset

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently without supervision

• Team Player and ability to co-ordinates

• Creative in finding solutions

• May need to handle heavy with help or lifting tools

• Very good in Excel/Words/Power Point and take photos
