Company Description

Janice Wong Singapore, established in November 2014, is a creative culinary brand led by multi award-winning chef-artist Janice Wong. The company is known for its innovative approach to desserts and edible art, blending gastronomy with design and storytelling. With a focus on experiential dining and high-quality products, the team collaborates across culinary, design, and operations disciplines. Potential team members can expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values creativity, craftsmanship, and excellence in execution. The company continues to explore new concepts and collaborations across Singapore, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Singapore, with travel to overseas project sites as required. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of both local and international projects, from initial planning and budgeting through to implementation, quality review, and post-project evaluation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating timelines across markets and time zones, aligning internal teams and external partners in Singapore and abroad, managing resources, and tracking project milestones to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves expediting orders and materials, monitoring logistics flows including cross-border shipments, and resolving issues quickly to keep projects on schedule. The Project Manager will also prepare project documentation, maintain clear communication with stakeholders across locations, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple locations or markets, ideally including international or cross-border work.
  • Experience in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely movement of materials, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of logistics management and supply coordination, including cross-border shipping, to support smooth operations and on-time project completion.
  • Familiarity with inspection and quality control processes to uphold brand and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project delivery.
  • Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently across time zones.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaboration platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or creative projects, particularly across Asia, the Middle East, or other international markets, is an advantage.
