ACS Customer Service Associate (Contract) – Plaza Sentral

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for Customer Service Associates with 1–2 years of customer service experience to join our team at Plaza Sentral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Deliver First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible.
• Escalate complaints and service issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, or Customer Support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to converse confidently in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule,
