Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
2. Records Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate employee records and digital files.
3. HR Digitization: Support the transition to paperless HR processes through document scanning and digital filing.
4. Compliance: Ensure employee records adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
5. Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
6. Training & Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and managing logistics.
7. Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing HR correspondence and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
9. 5 days work week.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
