Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in the holistic development of our students. Your duties will include:

• Instructional Support: Prepare and facilitate engaging lessons (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and perform daily classroom duties.
• Student Welfare: Ensure the safety, care, and holistic well-being of all students.
• Learning Support: Provide individual attention, assist with group integration, and implement modified routines to enhance the learning experience.
• Administration: Manage communication booklets/channels, maintain attendance records, and handle termly assignments.
• Enrichment: Facilitate Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), holiday camps, and community events.
• Growth & Excellence: Attend staff training and professional development sessions to uphold the school’s mission and reputation.

Requirements

• Commitment: Must be able to commit to a minimum 2-year contract.
• Passion: A genuine desire to work with special needs children (prior experience is an advantage).
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Full-Time: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM : $2,400 Basic Salary
• Part-Time: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM : $1,550.00 Basic salary
