Job Description

Responsibilities

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and self-driven
Content Producer / Videographer to lead full-cycle production for our clients, from concept to shoot to edit. You’ll work across exciting industries like f&b, beauty, retail, and ecommerce, producing native-first video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

If you have a strong visual eye, love storytelling, and can shoot and edit with minimal oversight, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Full Production Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end content creation: Pre-production, shooting, post-production
  • Develop and execute creative briefs with strong storytelling and visual impact
  • Plan and direct shoots — both independently and with crew support
  • Deliver social-native video and photo content that’s modern, fast-paced, and on-brand

Post-Production

  • Edit short-form content with a strong grasp of pacing, hook, and brand tone
  • Add subtitles, transitions, light motion graphics, and overlays

Platform Relevance

  • Create native-first content tailored for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
  • Stay on top of digital trends and emerging content formats
  • Deliver clean exports for multiple platforms and aspect ratios

Creative Systems & Content Ops

  • Build repeatable content templates (e.g. product highlights, testimonials, BTS)
  • Maintain and organise a growing content library across client categories
  • Conduct weekly creative research and propose trend-based content ideas

Cross-Functional Creative Support

  • Support internal brand content when needed (e.g. studio shoots, UGC, BTS)
  • Document key moments and help capture our journey through content

Mentorship & Scaling Support

  • Guide junior creatives or interns during UGC shoots or edits
  • Help build lightweight SOPs and templates to scale content production

Who You Are:

  • Proven track record in content creation — ideally across beauty, luxury, F&B, or event coverage
  • Strong hands-on shooting skills (DSLR/camera phone)
  • Confident editor — CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
  • Understands what works on social — you know how to hook an audience fast
  • Comfortable both solo or working with a team
  • Highly organised and responsive to feedback

Bonus if you’ve shot UGC-style content or directed shoots with talent/influencers.

Work Location: In person
