We are seeking a Data Engineer to support the development and modernization of enterprise data platforms. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources, and supporting analytics initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will have experience working with modern data platforms, cloud-based technologies, and API integrations. You will be involved in ongoing data platform modernization initiatives, including the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and cloud-native data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data integration workflows
• Build and optimize data ingestion processes from databases, APIs, files, and cloud-based sources
• Develop data transformation and orchestration solutions using modern data engineering tools and platforms
• Support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Fabric-based data solutions
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and reporting issues in production environments
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Support ongoing modernization of existing data platforms and ETL processes

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related roles
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, transformations, and performance optimization
• Experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience troubleshooting production data issues and data quality problems
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms
• Experience with Python, PySpark, or data engineering scripting languages
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics and visualization tools
• Familiarity with SSIS or other ETL tools
