The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain AOI processes to support new product introduction (NPI), qualification activities, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive yield, quality, and reliability improvements through data analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Establish and standardize production processes, including control plans, FMEA, design rules, and operating procedures.
• Evaluate, qualify, and maintain AOI, inspection, measurement, and analytical equipment to ensure process capability and stability.
• Verify and implement technology roadmaps, including design rule validation, process integration, and introduction of new materials.
• Lead continuous improvement and process change initiatives, while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Experience in substrate, PCB, semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or production engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of AOI, metrology, inspection, or process control within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity optimization initiatives is advantageous.
• Understanding of measurement, analysis, and reliability evaluation methodologies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of substrate manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Exposure to Excel Macros, Power BI, programming, or automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
