Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and deployment
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release activities
• Track delivery metrics, KPIs, sprint goals, and project progress
• Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams
• Manage change requests, vendor engagements, and stakeholder expectations
• Mentor and lead developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and architects

Preferred Background

Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects

Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ideal candidates should have a strong blend of technical expertise, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
