About the Role

We are searching an experienced IT Project Manager for our client to lead and deliver technology projects for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, project governance expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects.
• Review business requirements and solution specifications, translating them into detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and key milestones.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation and proposal stages through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project quality, productivity, and consistency of deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, and deployment phases.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance sessions.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving enterprise applications, digital transformation, or system implementation initiatives.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects, preferably with project values exceeding SGD 1 million.
• PMP, CITPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and SDLC practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working with government agencies or regulated environments will be advantageous.

Security Clearance

Candidates must be eligible for and willing to undergo Security Clearance. Successful clearance is required before assignment to project engagements.
