Role Description This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Reynosa, TAM, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for roles across various functions and levels. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and advising on effective recruitment strategies. The specialist will actively build and nurture talent pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, managing candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also supports employer branding initiatives, participates in recruitment campaigns or events, and contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, experience, and cultural add using structured methods.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices, with experience promoting career opportunities through digital channels and professional networks.
- Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for diverse functions and levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and online sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality in handling candidate and client information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in executive search, agency recruiting, or international recruitment markets is a plus.
