Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, firewalls, and networking equipment.
2. Support daily IT operations such as user account management, software installations, and hardware setup.
3. Help monitor backup systems and ensure data integrity across local and cloud platforms.
4. Document IT procedures and update internal knowledge base.
5. Provide technical support to staff on issues related to Windows, Office, and other business applications.
6. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Experience with backup tools (e.g., Duplicati, Veeam, PBS).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar identity platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 platforms
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection.
