Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Melaka. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present the company’s sustainable development solutions in a clear and compelling way. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing. The Sales Executive will prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate closely with marketing, project, and operations teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. The role also includes attending site visits, client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in property development, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Melaka, conducting client meetings, site visits, and participating in events and networking activities.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in sustainable and forward-thinking developments.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills will be an advantage in engaging a broader client base.
