Your new role

Transformational, hands-on leader, not a traditional IT operator, leading the enterprise -wide digital transformation and AI adoption. The mandate reflects strong top-down sponsorship from the Group MD and Board, coupled with an urgent need to modernise a fragmented, largely manual technology landscape. Key scope will include:

• Data integration and platform build across geographies
• Expansion and optimisation of SAP and ERP capabilities
• Introduction of AI/ML use cases across trading, logistics, and operations
• Driving automation of highly manual workflows (e.g., shipping, trading coordination)

• Strong expertise in AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies
• Translate AI and digital initiatives into tangible commercial outcomes (e.g., cost optimisation, revenue uplift)
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and execution
• Delivered enterprise wide ERP harmonisation
• Ability to influence at board level and drive organisation-wide alignment
• High adaptability and cultural intelligence in a global business
