Job Title: HVAC Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Role Summary:

Responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of HVAC systems for oil & gas facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation in hazardous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems for offshore/onshore plants, control rooms, and hazardous areas
• Perform cooling/heating load calculations and equipment sizing
• Prepare and review layouts, schematics, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, API, ISO, NFPA)
• Coordinate with process, electrical, and mechanical teams
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Address ventilation requirements for hazardous and classified areas

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 3-5 years' experience as a HVAC Engineer working in Oil and Gas projects
• 5-10 years' experience in HVAC and Mechanical Engineering in Oil and Gas projects
• Knowledge of HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, TRACE, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with hazardous area classification and safety standards
• Strong understanding of international codes and project requirements
