Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Data Analyst role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will perform exploratory and statistical analysis, build dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements, defining metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role also involves documenting data processes, monitoring data quality, and proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
• Solid foundation in Statistics and quantitative methods for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience with Data Modeling concepts to design, organize, and optimize data structures for reporting and analysis.
• Clear and effective Communication skills to present insights, explain methodologies, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in a technology, consulting, or digital services environment is an advantage.
