Key responsibilities:

• Lead and grow an AI team focused on applied machine learning and AI-driven process optimisation
• Define and execute AI roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation priorities
• Design and deploy scalable AI models, data pipelines, and agentic AI / copilot-style solutions
• Partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to embed AI into day‑to‑day workflows
• Track industry advancements and ensure responsible, enterprise‑ready AI adoption

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and delivering production‑ready AI solutions
• Strong expertise in ML, deep learning, NLP, and AI automation frameworks
• Experience in construction, engineering, or large capital projects is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Level 14, Ho Hup Tower 1, Persiaran Jalil 1, Bukit Jalil City, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
