Job Description

Responsibilities

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with offshore equipment (e.g.,
  • Rigging & Consumables) is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: (1) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools. (2) Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and INCO terms. (3) Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A team player with committed attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:

  • Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables). Prepare accurate and timely technical/commercial quotations.
  • Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from Purchase
  • Order (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.
  • Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, service team and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings, and certificates are met.
  • Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity (e.g., In-House ERP systems & E-Filing).
  • Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment (if any)
  • Any other ad hoc assignments
