Overview Of The Role:

The Visual Commercial Merchandiser is responsible for enhancing store performance through strategic product layout, commercial strategy execution, and effective visual merchandising. The role requires analyzing sales data, understanding seasonal and market trends, and adapting visual displays to local customer profiles for fast fashion brand.

What You Will Do:

• Drive product layout and commercial execution by understanding seasonal trends, key collections, and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, stock rotation, product trends, and commercial reports to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and implement action plans that improve store results.
• Develop and execute effective store layouts, product placements, and visual merchandising strategies aligned with company standards and local market needs.
• Ensure strong visual presentation through impactful mannequin styling, adaptation of global guidelines, and proactive resolution of image-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with store management and commercial teams to create and implement sales-driven commercial strategies.
• Train, coach, and develop the commercial team, identify high-potential talent, and support succession planning to build future store leadership.
