In Group Tech, we manage majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Tech BA to join our team. You will work closely with experienced engineers across Information Management, Payments, Custody, Trade and Digital Exchange to learn and support the delivery of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering with business stakeholders across payment products (payments, channels).
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows (BRD/FRD).
• Perform gap analysis between current systems and target state solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure feasible, scalable technical design.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of software engineering or business analyst experience.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in the Payments Space.
• Foundational understanding of programming concepts and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, PL/SQL and Shell Script.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and platforms like OCP, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java Spring Boot, PLSQL, and message queues like MQ.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and networking concepts (e.g., reverse proxy).
• Familiarity with Swift MT/MX Payment Flows.
