Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role based in Johor Bahru. The Area Manager oversees daily operations and performance of multiple Boost Juice outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products, excellent customer service, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting store managers, scheduling and workforce planning, monitoring sales and KPIs, and implementing local initiatives to drive revenue and profitability. The role involves regular store visits to audit cleanliness, product quality, and safety practices, as well as coaching teams to improve operational efficiency. The Area Manager will also handle basic budgeting, inventory oversight, reporting to senior management, and coordinating local training, hiring, and performance feedback for team members within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-outlet or store management within F&B, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, and team motivation.
• Solid understanding of store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and basic budgeting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and brand standards.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales reports, KPIs, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or other local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple outlets in Johor Bahru, including weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours as required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments and comfort with hands-on involvement during busy periods.
