Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of landscape construction, plant materials, and design principles.
• Team supervision and coordination.
• Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Able to plan, monitor, and complete tasks within timelines.
• Independent, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of landscape designs, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority guidelines, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
• Participate in site supervision, progress monitoring, and quality inspections.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering for landscape projects.
• Participate in proposal preparation, presentations, and client meetings.
• Support initiatives to grow the landscape business portfolio in line with the Company’s post-merger strategy.
• Assist in developing new services, maintenance programs, or value-added landscape solutions.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the landscape division as a key revenue-generating unit.
• Experience dealing with landscape subcontractors and suppliers.
• Understanding of plant materials, finishes, and landscape construction methods.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
