Duty:

1. Manage the entire software project lifecycle—from requirements to design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while meeting established profit targets.
2. Oversee one or more projects, coordinating overall project scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
3. Coordinate required project resources, address issues and risks, and ensure smooth project progress.
4. Regularly report and update project status, collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a regular university, majoring in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or other IT-related fields.
2. At least 3 years of software project management experience, with the ability to manage projects through development phases and independently lead medium to large-scale complex projects; certified in PMP or equivalent project management qualifications such as China's Intermediate/Advanced Project Management Certification.
3. Good communication skills to work with overseas clients.
4. Possesses technical background in development, testing, or related areas, enabling smooth communication with R&D teams.
5. Able to accommodate short- to medium-term business trips domestically and internationally.
6. Familiarity with IPTV/OTT services is a required, as well as experience managing projects for telecom operators or overseas projects.
