Client Experience & Strategy
•Help craft winning proposals and presentations that bring creative concepts to life for major clients.
•Bridge the gap between client vision and project reality by turning high-level briefs into actionable requirements.
•Act as an effective point of contact, ensuring professional and seamless communication with our partners.
End-to-End Project Execution
•Play a hands-on role in the planning and on-site execution of high-impact corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
•Great at timeline delivery by coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
•Source top-tier vendors, manage cost comparisons, and track project budgets to ensure financial health and reconciliation.
Marketing & Brand Impact
•Help deploy marketing initiatives and social media content that drive engagement and visibility.
•Ensure touchpoints from physical signage to digital decks stays consistent and on-brand.
Operational Excellence
•Cross-Functional Collaboration with Design, Sales, and Project Management teams to deliver a unified product.
•Contribute to ongoing Process Improvement by sharpening our workflows to elevate the client experience.
Requirements
•Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Fresh grads are welcome; up to 2 years of experience is a plus.
•A natural communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
•The ability to stay organized and decisive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
•A basic grasp of budgeting or cost tracking is a distinct advantage.
•Proactive, detail-obsessed, and hungry to learn the ins and outs of the event industry
