Job Summary

Join a logistics company as an HR / Finance Admin Executive supporting daily HR, finance, administrative, and customer service functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff leave records, medical certificates, attendance, and related HR documentation accurately to maintain compliance
  • Maintain and organize employee records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks to support the HR team’s daily operations
  • Perform basic finance and accounting administrative tasks using the Xero finance application to support financial accuracy
  • Track invoices, payments, and finance documents to ensure timely processing and record-keeping
  • Provide general office administrative support to maintain an efficient work environment
  • Communicate professionally with clients and customers to address inquiries and support service delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams on logistics-related matters to facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize documents using Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications for accessibility and version control

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform documentation and communication tasks
  • Familiarity with Google Drive / Google Workspace applications to manage and share documents effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience using Xero finance application to support finance-related tasks
  • Prior experience in logistics, HR, finance, or administrative roles to enhance job performance

Other Information

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Saturday: Half day until 12:00pm, with option to work from home

Work Location

  • Office located at Tagore Lane

Salary

  • $2,500 to $2,800, depending on experience
