Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Property Developer
• Position Title: Facilities Manager
• Working Location: Buona Vista (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of executives to manage building operations and facilities, including outsourced M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Supervise the team and vendors, check work quality, and ensure maintenance services are completed according to contract requirements.
• Conduct regular building and M&E inspections, follow up on rectification works, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare management reports, contract reviews, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Manage quotations and tenders for maintenance, repair, replacement works, services, and supplies, including vendor evaluation and award recommendations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with Green Mark requirements and standards.
• Conduct fire evacuation drills and tabletop exercises in line with SCDF regulations, including CERT training and SCDF audits.
• Monitor budgets and prepare yearly operations and capital expenditure budgets.
• Liaise with authorities on building matters, obtain required licences and certificates, and maintain proper records and documents.
• Maintain good tenant relationships and manage tenancy matters, including renovation, reinstatement, feedback, and requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recognised degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Building Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Certification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage.
