Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building.
• Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building.
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties.
• Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
• General Administrative works.

Job Requirements:

• Welcome fresh graduates (OJT will be provided).
• Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act and good experience will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Mature and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month, depending on the interview.

- Working in the East area.

- Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm

- Alt. Sat 9 am to 1 pm
