Clinic Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)
New upcoming clinic at The Metropolis, Buona Vista

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Clinic Assistant to join our growing family medicine and preventive health clinic.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Basic administrative and billing duties
• Chaperoning and assisting during procedures when required
• Dispensing medication and stock management
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and infection control standards
• Processing corporate and insurance claims

Requirements

• Prior clinic experience preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and administrative work
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
