Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently supporting HR outsourcing and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client/Employee on-boarding and documentation.

2. Employee benefits management like administering and managing health insurance policies and claims and monitoring service quality of external vendors

3. Client/Employee engagement ie; responding to inquiries and concerns.

4. Support the management of grievance and disciplinary processes.

5. Assist in managing the annual performance appraisal process.

6. Validate attendance and leave reports for accurate payroll processing.

7. Work pass administration and processing when required.

8. Generate monthly client billing through ERP system and prepare customer reports and other relevant financial documentation.

9. Management of training and government claims:

10. Payroll Support:

Processing of monthly and ad-hoc payroll for high volume of contract staff for multiple clients
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and resolve any discrepancies.
Reconciling payroll accounts and prepare necessary reports.

11. Tenders documentation support

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of HR operations (including payroll) within a high volume headcount. Experience in handling outsourced manpower, contract staffing is advantageous.
Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Able to work in a lean environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Able to speak Mandarin in order to communicate with stakeholders in China
