Payroll & HR Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and HR records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job advertisements on relevant job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Work Pass Administration
Handle All work Passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain accurate records of foreign employee documentation.
Employee Relations & Workforce Coordination
Coordinate closely with blue-collar workers, supervisors, and site personnel.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Assist with disciplinary matters and HR compliance issues when required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.
Familiar with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and employment laws.
Experience handling Work Pass applications.
Experience working with blue-collar or operational workforce is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
Knowledge of Employment Act and foreign manpower regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
