岗位职责

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

  • Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and HR records.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job advertisements on relevant job portals.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.

Work Pass Administration

  • Handle All work Passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.

  • Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.

  • Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records of foreign employee documentation.

Employee Relations & Workforce Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with blue-collar workers, supervisors, and site personnel.

  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.

  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Assist with disciplinary matters and HR compliance issues when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.

  • Familiar with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and employment laws.

  • Experience handling Work Pass applications.

  • Experience working with blue-collar or operational workforce is preferred.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Employment Act and foreign manpower regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
