What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence with efficiency and discretion
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
Providing general administrative support, including filing, typing, photocopying and data entry
Assisting with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
What we're looking for
Min. of 1 year experience in a similar office reception or administrative support role
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
Having a valid First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
A friendly, positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
