Job Summary

Lead and coordinate project submissions and design deliverables to ensure compliance, quality, and timely execution in collaboration with project managers, design consultants, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project submission and progress to ensure timely delivery
• Plan and collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to align design deliverables with site execution plans and overall project schedules
• Coordinate with Design Consultants and technical departments to maintain design quality and meet project milestones and timelines
• Review submission packages with Design Consultants to ensure compliance and constructability
• Monitor status of submission and approval plans to track project progress
• Lead and support interfacing coordination with project stakeholders, land owners, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution
• Prepare and present progress reports, schedule forecasts, and design status updates for management and client review

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in any Design field
• Experience working with Design Consultants on submissions and requirements for projects such as Cycling Path networks, Street Works, or Road Works is an advantage
