Job Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and assist with day-to-day technical operations. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in systems, networks, and user support. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues) 

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals 

• Assist in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) 

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues 

• Support software installations, updates, and patches 

• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records 

• Assist senior IT staff with projects and system upgrades 

• Follow IT security policies and report potential risks 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Experience in computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) 

• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addresses, routers, switches) 

• Knowledge in software applications and troubleshooting 

• Good problem-solving and communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Willingness to learn new technologies
