Job Summary

The Project Manager leads planning and operations to ensure timely, quality project delivery. You will coordinate teams and subcontractors, manage costs and compliance, and oversee site activities to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project progress and maintain schedule adherence
• Lead teams to execute project operations according to schedule and specifications
• Control operational costs to ensure the project remains within budget
• Organize and maintain site document filing and records following ISO standards
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Monitor workplace safety and health regulations compliance on site
• Oversee quality control to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and regulations
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion deadlines
• Provide leadership to project management and construction teams to drive performance
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
