Job Title Cook / Stall Cook (F&B)
Job Summary
Support daily food stall operations by preparing and cooking food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing stock, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food following stall recipes, standards, and operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients for efficient cooking
- Deliver food promptly and consistently during operating hours to meet customer demand
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness protocols at all times to ensure safe food handling
- Monitor stock levels, inspect incoming supplies, and assist with inventory arrangement and storage to support operations
- Support stall opening and closing duties, including preparation and cleaning tasks to ensure readiness and hygiene
- Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate smooth daily stall operations and timely service
- Assist with additional kitchen and stall-related operational duties as assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in cooking, food preparation, or food stall operations in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness is preferred
- WSQ Food Safety certification is an advantage
Other Information
Salary Range SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,800 per month
Work Location Singapore
Working Hours Based on roster/shift arrangement, including weekends and public holidays as required
