**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Baking Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This role involves supporting daily bakery operations, including preparing quality baked goods, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.



**Job Description**

• Assist in the preparation and baking of cakes, bread, cookie, tarts whilst maintaining quality and consistency standards

• Perform cashiering duties, process transactions accurately, and provide friendly customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Conduct regular stock taking and inventory management to ensure adequate supplies and minimise wastage

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and work areas in accordance with food safety regulations



**Job Requirements**

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent qualification/ SPM

• Prior experience in baking, food preparation, or food service environment is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers

• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Food hygiene certification (e.g., Basic Food Hygiene Course) is preferred
