Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports for management.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at the construction site.
• Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and following up on material deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings to track and resolve project issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, approvals, and progress records.
• Help manage project costs and assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures to the project team.
• Handle other tasks or assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and site safety practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and AutoCAD or other construction-related software is a plus.
