- Handle day to day operations of coffee shop stall

- Prepare menu and train new staff

- Ensure workplace cleanliness

- Prepare ingredients and run daily operations in kitchen

- Ensure Workplace safety

- Liaise with supplier on food inventory/

- Conduct orientation for new chefs

- Perform shift operations and planning

- Conduct food tasting to ensure quality
