Job Overview
This position is responsible for the maintenance of MF production machinery, executing maintenance management tasks according to the equipment maintenance schedule, troubleshooting equipment abnormalities, conducting anomaly analysis, and follow-up handling. The goal is to reduce the frequency of abnormalities and implement improvement plans for equipment, production, and processes to ensure their smooth completion. This will enhance equipment production efficiency, with the primary objective being to ensure stable machine operation. 該職位負責MF的機台生產機器維護，針對生產設備維護保養計畫執行保養管制作業和設備異常狀態排除、異常分析與追蹤處理，以減少異常狀態發生頻率並且執行設備、生產及流程改善計畫，使改善計畫得順利完成，以提升設備生產效能，確保機台穩定生產為首要目標。
Main Responsibilities
• Machine Malfunction Troubleshooting. • Perform Machine Maintenance.
- Communicate and coordinate within the department to resolve production issues.
- Must be able to independently track and analyze anomalies, and provide analysis and improvement reports.
- Cross-departmental communication skills and activities (such as equipment validation, OE engineering tests, etc.).
- Operate the SAP system.

Minimum Qualifications
• Basic English proficiency is preferred. (TOEIC score of 450 or equivalent English ability) (optional) • Experience with ERP systems is a plus. (optional)
- 具備基本英文能力者佳 (多益300以上或相等英文能力) (加分，非必要)
- 具備ERP相關經驗 (加分，非必要)
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office software (Excel/PowerPoint). • Must possess basic knowledge of electrical control and the ability to operate and configure electrical control components.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must have the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and 2D drawings.
