Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

Monday to fri

· Coordinate daily outbound shipments of scanners and related products from the Singapore hub to all APAC destinations, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

· Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.

· Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and system updates to ensure accuracy.

· Assist in RMA processes by coordinating inbound returns, tracking repair status, and managing the return or replacement of units.

· Support replenishment activities to ensure availability of inventory and spare parts.

· Coordinate spare parts planning, storage, and distribution to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.

· Prepare and process documentation for shipments, inventory movements, and operational transactions.

· Work closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

· Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

· Proficient experience with Office tools, mainly excel

· Teamwork oriented a must

· Proficient experience with SAP or other types of ERP system
