Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the Clinic and create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic
- Responsible for updating patients’ information and sending reminders for dental treatment
- Responsible for gathering patients’ feedback forms and handling patient feedback
- Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
- Ensure the appropriate supply of equipment and materials
- Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
- At least 2 years experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented
- Positive attitude
