We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Supervisor to lead our fulfilment team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of online orders.
Job Descriptions:
• Lead and manage the fulfilment team, including training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and returns to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
• Utilize e-commerce platforms and warehouse systems (e.g. e-Omni or similar) to support and optimize operations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage inventory control, returns processing, and stock discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular safety briefings or training to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior based on operational needs.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, WMS, or order management systems (experience with e-Omni or similar systems is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce safety procedures on the ground.
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic reporting and coordination using Excel or similar tools.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of operations, and adapt to changing business needs.
