We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Strategist

Someone hungry, resourceful, and ready to grow.

You’ll be the loudspeaker of Bellow, creating content that shows off the work we do, the people behind it, and the not-so-serious side of running a creative agency.

One week you might be cutting a TikTok of our behind-the-scenes chaos. The next, helping write a LinkedIn thought piece with our CEO. Another week, capturing those little team moments that remind the world why we’re better with Bellow.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• ️ Write captions, articles, and thought snippets that build our brand voice
• Capture and post behind-the-scenes moments from client shoots and agency life
• Repurpose client work into case studies, social posts, and PR stories
• Track performance, test new formats, and keep levelling up our online presence
• Work directly with the CEO to bring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

• A creator at heart (you’re comfortable filming, editing, and writing content)
• Social-media fluent (you get TikTok/IG/LinkedIn culture, trends, and hooks)
• A self-starter (you don’t wait for permission, you try, fail, and learn quickly)
• Hungry to grow (this is a stepping-stone role, but you’ll gain real exposure and ownership)
• Basic experience in content, marketing, or creative (or strong fresh grad with portfolio)
