Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Manage social media marketing by posting updates and responding to inquiries to engage potential clients
• Conduct online application marketing to attract and reach new customers
• Consult with employers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate candidates

Administrative

• Process work permit applications and renewals accurately and timely
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidates and employers for agency use
• Ensure all documentation complies with agency standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in a maid agency, with training provided if not experienced
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook
