Job Description:

• Good technical knowledge/experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specification for the project.
• To meet potential clients/agents/business partners to create new business opportunities.
• Attend all site meetings, client’s briefing & site measurement.
• Preparation of tender documentation, obtain permits and licences from respective authorities.
• Able to handle documentation work (e.g., applying the necessary permits before start of renovation work).
• Active participation in managing work areas by setting objectives, project plans, methodologies, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for periodic updates.
• Able to identify areas for improvements to maximize efficiency and improve project costs.
• Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
• Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
• Ensuring all products are delivered to the agreed specifications
• Ensure good workmanship of all products

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architects/Building
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industry
• Able to work independently and able to adapt to the changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
