Business Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to develop and enhance internal systems.
• Support the development of project management tools and construction technology solutions.
• Monitor system performance and propose enhancements based on business needs.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and user training for new systems and applications.
• Assist in management initiatives, user training, and process standardisation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools is an advantage.
